Veleno Cocktail Bar & Pasta is a multifunctional space in which drink great cocktail, eat a plate of pasta executed to perfection by the 'King of Carbonara', and organise events and tastings. A multicultural place ready to give life to a mash up of events, open to sharing and dynamism.
Parallelism and continuous dialogue between cocktail bar, Pastificio and restaurant: an holistic vision that sublimates the exhausted elements from Luciano Cucina Italiana to develop distinctive characters and new horizons of flavours in the Signature Cocktail line by Veleno. The new drink list of Veleno's Signature Cocktails, signed by Bar Manager Luca Fanari, is focuse on the rebirth of elements that are conventionally treated as kitchen waste that at the end of a cycle, instead of being thrown away, begin a second life. Waste End refers to the recovery process that concretely allows a waste to regain value by becoming an ingredient again. Technique, research and creativity make it possible to breathe new life into the waste, unused semi-finished products and leftovers of Luciano Cucina Italiana's kitchen to optimise the restaurant's waste recovery cycle. All Signature Cocktails at Veleno Cocktail Bar & Pasta are named with the waste ingredient that has been processed and enhanced.
