Born in 1984 in Albano Laziale, Luciano Monosilio started in the kitchen at Roscioli, an historic restaurant in Rome. In 2010 he joined the kitchens of Pipero in Rome, where he was awarded a Michelin star and where he remained for eight years, when he decided to launch himself into new adventures. Thus was born Luciano - Cucina Italiana in Rome, in which he puts conviviality at the center, to revalue the Italian gastronomic tradition, under the banner of a "democratization of quality cuisine."
