The concept features the collaboration of renowned Italian chef Luciano Monosilio, whose carbonara is considered by many to be one of the best in Rome. We highly recommend the pici cacio e pepe and the typical carbonara among the homemade pasta dishes, but don't skip the appetizers or the meat well cooked in the wood-fired oven.
