Thinking to go for a carbonara and finding yourself in an - almost - starry-eyed experience. This is what happens at Luciano Cucina Italiana in Rome, which of its first evolved trattoria intentions has retained few elements. "Basically just the name and the carbonara, in fact even that has evolved over time," confesses the Roman chef.

In as well as the atmosphere, informal, a bit of a Roman trattoria, a bit of a bistro, as one might find in Paris, but even here there is some news just around the corner, as just these days Luciano has closed for a restyling.
