In Pompo's Theater Square, behind Campo de' Fiori, Luciano Monosilio opened his restaurant in the fall of 2018. Born in 1984 in Albano Laziale, the young chef has built his career in some of Italy's most important kitchens, from Roscioli to Fulvio Pierangelini, passing through Enrico Crippa to Mauro Uliassi, to the partnership that for many years led him to grow into the role of head brigade alongside Alessandro Pipero.
